Exterior Painting — Pismo Beach Landmark Hotel
This iconic Pismo Beach hotel is in the middle of a large-scale remodel, and Browder Painting is proud to be part of the transformation. With the project moving in phases, our team is working closely with the construction schedule to keep everything on track.
We’ve recently completed the balcony areas along with portions of the exterior painting. These updates focused on clean, consistent finishes and long-term protection—especially important in a coastal environment. Careful preparation, priming, and full-coat applications helped ensure the newly finished areas blend seamlessly as the remodel continues.
Interior painting is also part of the overall scope, and we’re looking forward to helping refresh guest spaces while preserving the character this landmark hotel is known for. It’s exciting to see the progress take shape, one phase at a time.
