Paso Robles Exterior Painting Project Adding Color And Life To A Home

Paso Robles Exterior Painting project adding color and life to a home

The Vision

The homeowner wanted to preserve her family home and protect it from years of Paso Robles sun and weather. The color had faded, and the finish was worn, so it was time for an update. Her goal was to maintain the home’s charm while adding a fresh, modern color that would stand out and bring new life to the neighborhood.

The Work

The Browder Painting team went to work on this exterior painting project - power-washed, repaired, and primed the exterior before applying two coats of Sherwin-Williams Emerald for durable, fade-resistant protection. Every surface — from the stucco and fascia to the shutters and doors — was finished with attention to detail and care.

The Transformation

She chose SW 6311 Memorable Rose for the body and SW 6069 French Roast for the trim — a bold pairing that gave the home warmth, contrast, and charm.

Client Review

First was my initial and helpful phone call with Ilene who scheduled a convenient time to meet with Project Manager David. He showed up and spent quite a while asking and answering questions. He provided me with a detailed packet with photos of my house, the process and several quotes with zero pressure. The work crews were professional, meticulous, and efficient. Moises kept me informed of each step. Everyone was extremely friendly. The end result exceeded my expectations!!
