Atascadero HOA Townhome | Exterior Painting Project

Atascadero HOA Townhome | Exterior Painting Project

Project Overview

This HOA townhome complex in Atascadero was ready for an update. Originally painted all one color, the community felt flat and lacked definition. The goal was to introduce a coordinated multi-color scheme to give each building more character while still keeping a cohesive overall look.

Getting Started

We worked with the HOA to map out a color plan that would flow across the entire complex. Prep work was key—power washing, scraping, sanding, and detailed caulking to ensure everything was properly sealed and ready for paint.

The Work

Once prepped, we applied two full coats of premium exterior paint for long-term durability. The biggest change came from adding multiple body colors while keeping the trim consistent, creating contrast without losing continuity.

The Outcome

The transformation made a big impact. The community now has depth, variation, and a much more updated feel. Each building stands out just enough, while still blending together as a whole—giving the entire neighborhood a fresh, clean look.
