Interior Paining - Brightening a Coastal Home in Cambria
Cambria, California | Interior Ceiling Repaint
The Project
For this Cambria home, the goal was simple — refresh the interior ceilings and exposed beams to make the living spaces feel lighter and more open. Over time, darker tones and age had left the rooms feeling a bit heavy. The homeowner wanted a clean, updated look that complemented the home’s natural light and coastal charm.
The Work
The Browder Painting team carefully covered all walls, furniture, and flooring before beginning prep. Each ceiling and beam was cleaned, sanded, and primed to ensure proper adhesion. Because the beams were dark, multiple coats of primer were applied before finishing with two coats of premium paint for a bright, even result.
The Result
The lighter finish instantly transformed the interior, giving the entire home a fresh, airy feel while preserving its warmth and character.
