San Luis Obispo Exterior Home Refresh
This San Luis Obispo home received a full exterior refresh to restore and protect the stucco and exterior features while giving the property a clean, updated look. After meeting with the homeowner, our team put together a plan focused on durability, careful preparation, and a finish that would stand up to our local coastal climate.
The project began with a thorough low-pressure power wash to remove dirt and chalky residue, followed by detailed prep work. Stucco cracks were repaired and blended, loose areas were scraped and sanded, and all necessary caulking was replaced to help seal and protect the home moving forward. Surrounding surfaces and landscaping were carefully masked to keep everything protected throughout the process.
Two full coats were then applied to the stucco for long-lasting coverage, along with attention to trim details, entry areas, and wood features to ensure a consistent, polished finish across the home. Final walkthrough and touch-ups ensured every detail met expectations before completion.
The result is a refreshed exterior that looks clean, bright, and well cared for — giving the home renewed curb appeal and long-term protection.
